About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our team in Mangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in finance to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Learn financial processes and systems used within the organization.
- Participate in statutory reporting process with meeting deadlines.
- Read financial agreements, understand company’s obligations and rephrase wherever required.
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support decision-making Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team in daily transactional tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Participate in audits and assist with the preparation of audit schedules.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure
accuracу.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Candidates from Mangalore or willing to relocate to Mangalore
